Refund policy

This policy covers Bro, the paid subscription to Matey. The full rules of the service are in the terms of service.

14 days, no questions

If Bro isn’t for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment — for a monthly or a yearly plan. Bro ends when the refund is issued.

Renewals

Renewals aren’t refunded, except where the law requires it. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal, and Bro stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

How to ask

• Bought on the website: email us at support@mateytheapp.com from the address you paid with, or reply to your receipt from Paddle, our reseller. The money goes back to the same card or account, usually within 5–10 business days.
• Bought in the iOS app: payments through Apple are refunded by Apple. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com or in your Apple ID purchase history; we can’t issue these refunds ourselves.

Your rights

If you live in the EU or the UK, you also have a 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase. This policy gives you at least the same, without having to state a reason.
